SOLAR POWERED AIR COOLER SYSTEM
With rising temperatures and energy costs, there is growing need for sustainable cooling. This project designs a solar powered air cooler based on evaporative cooling. A 50W solar panel powers a 12V DC pump and fan. The pump circulates water over cooling pads. The fan draws warm air through wet pads, where evaporation absorbs heat, reducing temperature. The system operates on clean solar energy.

How It Works
Solar panel powers a DC water pump and fan. Water drips over cooling pads, fan draws hot air through wet pads. Evaporative cooling reduces temperature by 5-10°C.
Cooling Efficiency
60-80% efficiency depending on ambient humidity. Works best in dry climates.
Advantage of Solar Power
Operates off-grid, ideal for rural areas. 12V DC operation is also inherently safer.
