Point-of-care diagnostics in resource-limited settings require portable, battery-operated devices that consolidate multiple measurements. This palm-sized unit integrates non-invasive blood pressure estimation through oscillometric cuff inflation, pulse oximetry via dual-wavelength photoplethysmography, and core temperature via an infrared tympanic or oral probe. A low-power microcontroller sequences the measurement modalities, displays results on a transflective LCD readable in sunlight, and stores longitudinal records for up to one hundred patients. Bluetooth connectivity enables synchronization with district health information systems. The design prioritizes affordability through component selection and manufacturability, targeting deployment in primary health centers where laboratory infrastructure is absent.
