This project materializes a self-service hydration station that accepts metallic currency and dispenses potable water into user-provided or system-supplied containers. A coin validation mechanism discriminates genuine tokens by diameter, mass, and electromagnetic signature, rejecting counterfeit or foreign inserts. Upon verified payment, a solenoid-actuated valve releases a calibrated volume of UV-purified water, while an integrated peristaltic pump optionally delivers a sealed plastic bottle from a stacked magazine. The control firmware tracks cumulative sales, monitors reservoir level via float sensors, and triggers maintenance alerts when filtration cartridges require replacement. The kiosk architecture targets high-footfall public venues—railway terminals, educational campuses, and municipal markets—where bottled water affordability remains a barrier.
