Healthcare accessibility gaps leave millions without timely medical guidance, especially in rural and underserved regions. This advanced variant of the AI-Based Medical Chatbot for Disease Prediction builds a production-grade symptom checker chatbot capable of multi-turn clinical conversations, follow-up questioning, and confidence-calibrated disease prediction. The architecture combines an NLP layer for symptom entity extraction and intent recognition with a machine learning prediction core trained on symptom-disease-severity datasets, covering dozens of common conditions. Unlike basic chatbots, this system dynamically asks clarifying questions ("How long have you had the fever?" "Any associated symptoms?") to refine its differential diagnosis, mimicking clinical intake interviews. Integrated features include disease information cards, specialist recommendations, nearest-facility suggestions, multilingual support, and safety guardrails that escalate red-flag symptoms to emergency guidance. The chatbot supports both text and voice input through a responsive web interface built with Flask/Streamlit.
